PADI dive-resort in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines, the worlds hot spot in marine diversity in the Verde Island passage. The resort is built on a leased lot (remaining lease 17 years with an option for another 25 years). The lease is 6000 US$ a year. The lease is very cheap. There are 9 furnished rooms, all with aircon, hot shower, cable tv and minibar, plus 2 appartments with ocean view. Appartment one has 2 rooms, the other one 4 rooms. Both have a balcony facing the ocean and can be easily transformed to rentable rooms if wanted. A complete facilitated PADI dive-center with all equipment nessecary. Furthermore we have a small swimming pool for relaxing or dive-training.

The resort is well known in Scandinavian Countries and 70% of the customers are from these countries. We also have Canadian, American, German and Dutch guests. The percentage of returning guests is close to 80%.

The resort was constructed in 2000. It has 13 bedrooms, 12 hot showers and 35 sleeps. We have 2 restaurants and 2 bars (one with pooltable). We located right at the beach with a house reef in front of the resort.

Puerto Galera is only 2,5 hours drive (car and boat) from Manila and is one of the tourist attractions in the Philippines. It is known for its excellent diving, but from deserted beaches to sparkling night life, Puerto Galera has it all. More and more tourists come to realize this. With the new highway form Manila to Batangas (harbour) the accessibilty and the number of tourists will only increase.
