This magnificent property is a rare one of a kind! It rests next to the Tag-ulo Lighthouse located at the northern tip of Mindanao, at Tag-ulo Point, Dapitan City. As you can see there is nothing to compare to this property as it has it all! From the breath-taking view and access to the white sand beach cove on the other side of the point approximately about 150 meters. You can even swim or walk into the cave under my property.
It’s protected from the waves because of the large reef about 25 meters from the property. There is a 100 meters smooth gravel road to the property connecting to the main highway. The foundation of the property is all rock, with ample soil for plants. It is raised to handle any storms and extreme weather conditions. The property is about 1,400 square meters with 1,116 square meters flat and totally build able. Less than 3 meters right of way road at the back of the property to mine. Most important, it’s 37.58 meters wide facing down he coast.
It is very quiet with many foreigners living in the area. We have lived here for over 14 years with no incidents. Also, there is coast guard and station police post next to the lighthouse. How safe is that! The safety of the area with the local fisherman bringing you fresh fish (if you desire) makes this a complete paradise. There is a mall in Dapitan with a movie theater, showing recent movie like in Manila.
There is a full bar cell-phone coverage, with a great signal for you computer internet connection and water, power at the main highway (just bring it to the property approximately 100 meters). There is government property to the left of you, and to the property right of you we own and will build our house. No karaoke at night. Just quiet.
DISTANCE TO POINTS OF INTEREST
We lived in the green house for over 10 years, and recently we sold it. We also sold the property about 4 years ago where the buyer built the white house. Both houses are owned by Americans from the US. We performed both titles within 3 months. They both live on the other side of the point on the cove, about 150 to 200 meters.
I am 74 years old born in New York, in the US, and my wife is 44 years old (a Filipino).
The property is fully-titled but can’t be transferred until July 3, 2020 (a Filipino Government Law). A contract of sale will bind and secure us.
This property is priceless and the Rolls Royce of the properties in the Philippines, and is considerable underpriced PHP 7.9 Million.
P.S. You can’t find a better diving and snorkeling spot, if you want to see beautiful sea life and tropical fish! Have your own boat, and dock it in the side of the property. How great is that!
NOTE: The boundaries of the property are between the two people. Most of all, you don’t have to worry about beach erosion.
